About the Event

Come and join us for the 99th OGC Technical Committee meeting. Hosted by the University College Dublin. This will be an amazing week with a broad range of meetings and topics being discussed. You don't have to be an OGC member to attend an OGC meeting. Whilst some meetings will be member only, many are open to anyone to attend and new voices are always welcome.

Hotels

Some suggestions for accommodation near the venue.

Radisson Blu St. Helen's Hotel

This is the nearest hotel and is within walking distance.

There is an OGC room block until 20th May using "OGC Technical and Planning Committee Meeting" as reference.

From 20th until 24th June 2016 at a rate of €180 B&B single and €190 B&B double/twin, cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.

Please note, guests have to contact (reservations.sthelens.dublin@radissonblu.com) directly and refer to this conference in order to avail of this rate.

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan – Stillorgan Road, Co. Dublin, Ireland

This is hotel is about two miles from the university.

They will provide a free shuttle bus for delegates attending the OGC meeting that will have them here at UCD at an agreed time – approximately 7.45am and return at approximately 6.15pm.

Twenty rooms are reserved at special offer for OGC delegates.

The rate is €139BB single occupancy, which includes the shuttle bus to and from UCD.

Double Tree Hotel

This hotel is nearer the city centre and delegates will have use public transport to get to UCD. The bus stops outside the door of the hotel. It is about 20 minutes to UCD on average.

There is a possibility of accommodation on campus as students will have left and the language students will only just be arriving. This should ideally be used by people who can manage a block booking so that a single invoice is issued. Attendees can check directly if preferred.
