  1. Inform participants of the work undertaken under COBWEB. For example; how OGC standards have been used to make citizen sourced data discoverable and available at interfaces that make it easy for others to use, securely where necessary. Demonstration of the use of semantics, quality assurance and different serialisations to make the data comprehensible.
  2. Stimulate discussion around the more problematic and challenging areas
  3. Identify requirements for future work in respect of interoperability and standardisation
